This 2009 Bugatti Veyron (above) may be the worlds most expensive street legal car in the world but it certainly isn't the fastest. Leave it to the SSC Ultimate Aero (the 6th most expensive) to take the record for speed 0-60 in 3.2 seconds. Either way, these cars break necks.
